Job Juncture in Chicago seeks an experienced Plaintiff Personal Injury Attorney to own cases from intake to settlement, developing strategy and driving forward with a focus on maximizing value.

You will analyze medical records, conduct strategic investigations, and negotiate with insurers and opposing counsel, while maintaining excellent client communication and high ethical standards.

Qualifications

• Active license to practice law in Illinois.
• 5+ years of plaintiff personal injury experience preferred.
• Strong knowledge of Illinois personal injury law and procedures.
• Experience managing a significant PI caseload.
• Excellent negotiation and client-service skills.
• Ability to communicate confidently and empathetically.

Responsibilities

• Take ownership of personal injury cases from intake through settlement.
• Conduct strategic investigations into liability, damages, and case value.
• Analyze medical records and other case-related documents.
• Develop case strategy and maximize value.
• Draft and review demand packages and legal documents.
• Negotiate with insurers and opposing counsel.
• Evaluate settlement offers and make strategic recommendations.
• Collaborate with support staff to move cases forward.
