Job Juncture is assisting a dynamic and rapidly growing personal injury and property damage law firm in Chicago to find a seasoned Trial Attorney. You will meet with clients, discuss cases with empathy, and communicate with insurers about status and offers.

You will also prepare cases for trial and try them when needed. The ideal candidate has 6+ years of litigation experience, 5+ jury trials as first chair, and is admitted to the Illinois Bar.

Qualifications

• J.D. degree from an accredited law school.
• 6+ years of litigation experience.
• 5+ jury trials as first chair preferred.
• Active Illinois Bar in good standing.
• Bilingual English/Spanish a plus.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Proactive problem-solving and independence.
• Team-oriented with the ability to work in an office environment.

Responsibilities

• Meet with clients to discuss cases and build trust.
• Update clients and communicate with insurers about claims.
• Prepare cases for trial and try them when needed.
