Job summary

Orion Placement seeks an experienced plaintiff-side personal injury attorney to own cases from intake through trial, handling motor vehicle and premises liability matters. You will work with a supportive team to develop case strategies, perform legal research, and negotiate resolutions, while maintaining strong client communication and service.

Qualifications

• Active Tennessee Bar license in good standing.

Responsibilities

• Represent plaintiffs in personal injury matters, including motor vehicle accidents and premises liability.
• Manage cases from intake through settlement, mediation, litigation, and trial.
• Develop effective case strategies via legal research, evidence analysis, and witness interviews.
• Communicate directly with clients, medical providers, experts, insurers, opposing counsel, and others.
• Negotiate settlements and pursue favorable outcomes for clients.
• Handle depositions, hearings, mediations, and trials as needed.
• Independently manage a substantial caseload with strong organization.
• Collaborate with staff to keep cases moving and ensure excellent client experience.
• Contribute to firm growth by bringing new personal injury matters.
