Candidates must have a Florida Bar in good standing and 3+ years of PI experience; you will collaborate with a team of attorneys and support staff to build litigation strategies and negotiate favorable

• Active Florida Bar membership in good standing.
• Experience handling plaintiff-side injury claims, litigation, negotiations, or related case management.
• Strong legal writing, communication, negotiation, and analytical skills.
• Ability to manage multiple matters and deadlines in a fast-paced legal environment.
• Spanish fluency is a plus.
