Job summary

Orion Placement seeks an experienced plaintiff-side personal injury attorney to join its growing practice. Represent plaintiffs in motor vehicle and premises liability matters and manage cases from intake to settlement, mediation, and trial.

You will build strategies through rigorous research, review medical records, and conduct witness interviews, while communicating effectively with clients and care providers.

Qualifications

• J.D. from an accredited law school.
• Active Tennessee Bar license in good standing.
• 4+ years of personal injury litigation experience, preferably plaintiff-side.
• Strong litigation, negotiation, legal research, and case-management skills.
• Ability to independently manage personal injury matters and advocate for clients.

Responsibilities

• Represent plaintiffs in personal injury matters including motor vehicle accidents and premises liability.
• Manage cases from intake through settlement, mediation, litigation, and trial.
• Develop effective case strategies via legal research, evidence analysis, and witness interviews.
• Communicate directly with clients, medical providers, experts, insurers, opposing counsel, and others.
• Negotiate settlements and pursue favorable outcomes for clients.
• Handle depositions, hearings, mediations, and trials as needed.
• Independently manage a substantial caseload with strong organization and deadlines.
