Job summary

Atlantic Constructors Inc. is seeking an Industrial Piping Superintendent to lead field crews on mechanical projects. You will guide budgeting, scheduling, and quality control while maintaining strong client and vendor relationships.

This role combines supervisory responsibilities with hands-on construction tasks, requiring coordination across engineering, estimating and project teams. OSHA 30 and CPR are preferred, with travel to multiple job sites required.

Qualifications

• 4–7 years as General Foreman or equivalent in industrial mechanical construction
• Experience supervising large teams
• Knowledge of man hour and job cost reports and workforce planning
• Understanding of construction cost control and forecasting
• Strong communication across disciplines
• Able to read drawings and contract documents
• OSHA 30 and CPR certification
• Willingness to travel to multiple job sites

Responsibilities

• Supervise field crews and subcontractors; set construction methods, staffing, quantities, and schedules
• Coordinate with crafts, departments, and other contractors
• Liaise with engineering, estimating and project teams to meet drawings and schedules
• Ensure materials, inspections, and safety program compliance
• Perform other duties as assigned
