Job summary

Primoris Energy Services Corp. seeks a Piping Superintendent to lead piping construction on industrial and power projects, directing fabrication, installation, welding, testing, and turnover with a focus on safety, schedule, and budget.

You will work with project management, engineering, and Quality Control to ensure field performance, compliance with codes, and successful handover through commissioning. Strong leadership and communication are essential.

Qualifications

• Minimum 7–10 years of piping construction experience on industrial projects.
• Minimum 3–5 years in a supervisory role (Piping Superintendent/General Foreman).
• Strong knowledge of ASME, AWS, OSHA codes and welding procedures.
• Ability to read piping isometrics, P&IDs, specs, and drawings.
• Excellent communication, organization, and safety focus.

Responsibilities

• Lead piping crews, foremen, and subcontractors to safe, efficient execution.
• Review drawings, isometrics, P&IDs, specs, and procedures.
• Coordinate material deliveries, spool availability, and tie-ins to support schedules.
• Oversee welding, NDE, hydrostatic testing, and turnover activities.
• Drive QA/QC, safety, and productivity across projects.
• Prepare daily progress reports and field documentation.
