Loenbro, LLC seeks a Pipeline Foreman in Franklin, TN to oversee daily construction, installation, and maintenance activities. This role provides direct supervision to field crews and acts as the main liaison between craft personnel, subcontractors, and project management.

You will supervise pipeline crews, plan daily work, review drawings, enforce safety standards, and ensure compliance with client requirements and regulatory guidelines while maintaining schedules and quality.

Aufgaben

• Supervise and direct pipeline construction crews in installation, maintenance, and repair of pipeline systems.
• Plan and coordinate daily work activities, manpower, equipment, and material requirements.
• Review project drawings, specifications, alignment sheets, and construction schedules.
• Conduct daily safety meetings and enforce safety requirements.
• Ensure compliance with OSHA, DOT, environmental, and company policies.
• Coordinate excavation, trenching, pipe installation, welding, coating, hydrostatic testing, tie-ins, and restoration activities.
• Verify elevations, grades, alignments, and installation requirements per project specs.
• Monitor crew productivity, project progress, and quality standards.
• Identify and resolve field issues that could impact schedules or budgets.
• Coordinate with inspectors, utility companies, landowners, subcontractors, and project stakeholders.
• Maintain accurate daily reports, production records, timesheets, equipment utilization, and safety documentation.
