Job summary

River Cities Builders Petroleum Services is seeking a Construction Foreman to lead on-site operations, manage crews, and ensure safe, efficient project progress. You will prioritize tasks, communicate with management, and enforce safety and quality standards.

The role emphasizes hands-on leadership, adherence to plans and codes, daily progress reporting, and ongoing crew training to grow responsibility on future projects.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of piping and products experience required.
• Must possess a valid driver’s license and be able to operate a construction truck safely.
• Minimum high school diploma or GED required.
• Physical requirements include lifting up to 50 pounds and frequent bending/standing.
• Passing a drug screen, background check, and MVR may be required.

Responsibilities

• Direct and run the project on site.
• Communicate requirements to Installation Manager for safe, timely, and profitable completion.
• Read and interpret plans, specs, codes applicable on site.
• Attend pre-construction and safety meetings; participate in training as directed.
• Keep daily records of tests, inspections, progress, and issues affecting schedule.
• Supervise crew, plan for tomorrow, and train crew members for greater responsibility.
• Enforce all mandatory safety rules and ensure proper PPE usage.
