Qualifications

• Must understand the field requirements of the industry.
• Strong knowledge of OSHA requirements as they apply to construction.
• Excellent troubleshooting skills and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to communicate with diverse field teams, GC’s and subcontractors.

Responsibilities

• Promote CSUSA SW Safety Culture and ensure compliance.
• Lead and manage foremen and field teams across projects.
• Develop 3-week look-ahead plans and ensure teams execute accordingly.
• Coordinate with PMs, subs and manufacturing to optimize labor and schedule.
• Participate in meetings (start-up, constructability, 25/50/75/closeout) and convey updates.
• Monitor field productivity, safety audits, and quality installation.
• Foster talent, training, and succession for foreman positions.
• Collaborate with GCs to resolve issues and keep projects on track.
