RK Mechanical in Phoenix, AZ seeks a General Foreman – Pipe to lead pipefitting crews on commercial, industrial, semiconductor, and data center projects. The role emphasizes manpower planning, scheduling, safety, quality, and field execution to drive on‑time delivery.

You will mentor foremen and apprentices, read drawings, coordinate materials, and collaborate with Project Managers, customers, and trade partners to maintain project momentum.

Qualifications

• Journeyman pipefitter required.
• Experience as a General Foreman or similar leadership role.
• Experience managing multiple crews and large craft workforces.
• Ability to read drawings, specifications, and project documents.
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• OSHA 30 preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead multiple pipefitting crews and Foremen across active construction projects.
• Oversee manpower planning, labor forecasting, scheduling, and project execution.
• Coordinate materials, tools, equipment, and workforce resources to maintain productivity and schedule commitments.
• Review drawings, specifications, and project requirements to ensure quality installations and code compliance.
• Partner with Project Managers, Superintendents, customers, and trade partners to resolve field issues and maintain project momentum.
• Monitor labor productivity, QA/QC requirements, safety performance, and project progress.
• Support project turnover activities and customer satisfaction.
• Mentor Foremen, Journeymen, and Apprentices while developing future field leaders.
