Qualifications

• Sound knowledge of the trade and related manufacturing field.
• Familiarity with OSHA construction requirements.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Ability to manage field teams and foremen.
• Experience coordinating with project managers and subcontractors.
• Proactive in safety and training.
• Ability to participate in meetings and implement improvements.

Responsibilities

• Promote CSUSASW Safety Culture.
• Manage manpower performance and pre-planning.
• Oversee apprentice to journeyman ratios.
• Coordinate field productivity with subcontractors.
• Attend and contribute to meetings at various project phases.
• Ensure foremen participate in BIM/VDC processes.
• Review project information and ensure timely handover.
• Lead or assist in recruitment and training of field personnel.
• Collaborate with project managers to optimize labor and materials.
• Drive accountability and continuous improvement across teams.
