Job summary

Qualifications

• Knowledge of scheduling, material control, unit manhour performance, estimating and job cost management.
• Strong communication skills; able to motivate and work as a team.

Responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate and organize people, equipment and materials for safe, efficient and timely construction.
• Ensure equipment is operated and maintained correctly.
• Maintain accurate reporting records including quantities, productivity, time sheets and daily management reports.
• May assist in developing a weekly schedule and sequencing activities for the crew.
• Responsible for timely completion of work within estimated costs while maintaining quality workmanship.
• Responsible for crew safety and will conduct operations according to safety rules.
• Lead toolbox talks and communicate safety concerns, work scope, plans and schedules.
• Monitor compliance with company policies.
