Job summary

TIC_Craft is seeking an experienced Lead Supervisor to effectively manage daily construction activities in Port Arthur, Texas, aligning work with project timelines, plans, specs, codes and industry standards.

You will coordinate crews, monitor safety, maintain reports and drive productivity while controlling costs. Strong leadership, communication and scheduling skills are essential to ensure on-time, quality delivery on site.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent with field experience.
• Ability to plan tasks and train safety practices.
• Knowledge of scheduling, material control and cost management.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with Superintendent and Project Management to organize crew, materials, and equipment to achieve productivity and quality within budget.
• Examine and inspect work progress, equipment and site to verify safety and specifications.
• Maintain accurate reporting records including job quantities, productivity rates, time sheets and daily management reports.
• May assist in developing a weekly schedule and sequence of activities for the crew.
• Ensure timely completion of work within estimated costs while maintaining quality workmanship.
• Ensure safety compliance and conduct toolbox meetings to communicate plans and safety concerns.
• Monitor crew performance and adjust plans and schedules as required.
• Prioritize workload and operate within a defined budget.
