Job summary

Matrix Service Co is seeking a Pipe Foreman to manage a crew involved in assembling, laying out, installing, and maintaining pipe systems for new construction projects. The role requires a solid understanding of pipefitting processes and strong supervision skills.

The ideal candidate will have over 5 years of experience in pipefitting, including at least 1 year in a supervisory position. Responsibilities include reading blueprints, managing crew processes, and identifying safety risks while ensuring quality standards are met.

Qualifications

• 5+ years’ experience with pipefitting processes for industrial construction.
• 1+ years’ experience in a supervisory role.
• Ability to pass the Craft Skills Test at or above 70% or have NCCER certification.

Responsibilities

• Manage pipe crew for assembly, layout, installation, and maintenance of pipe systems.
• Read blueprints to determine scope of work.
• Identify safety risks and precautions.
