Matrix Service Company in Clarksville, AR is seeking a Pipe General Foreman to lead piping projects for industrial construction. You will oversee pipe foremen and crews, interpret blueprints, plan workloads, and ensure QA/QC across sites.

The role demands 10+ years in pipefitting, 5+ years in supervision, NCCER or equivalent certification, and strict safety training. A valid driver’s license and drug screening are required. Comprehensive benefits apply.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of pipefitting experience in industrial construction, maintenance, or new builds.
• 5+ years in a supervisory role overseeing crews.
• Good understanding of craft environments and basic hand tools.
• Must pass Craft Skills Test at 70%+ or hold NCCER certification.
• Must understand Matrix Service policies and safety training.

Responsabilités

• Interpret blueprints and specs to determine work scope, locations, quantities, and material sizes.
• Manage crew processes, scheduling, costs, and personnel needs.
• Identify tools required for tasks and ensure availability.
• Identify safety risks and enforce precautions to mitigate them.
• Plan operations to optimize workload distribution and resource use.
• Ensure QA/QC requirements are met on projects.
• Represent the company at bid walks and project opportunities.
