Job summary

Primoris Heavy Civil in Louisiana seeks a Pile Driving Superintendent to lead pile driving crews on bridge projects. Strong leadership and safety focus are essential; experience is preferred but not required. This long‑term role offers stability and growth within a dedicated team.

You will coordinate with Project Management, schedule crews, monitor quality and budget, arrange materials, and ensure work aligns with company policies. This role is on site at Louisiana projects.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years’ experience as a working superintendent.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Strong organizational, planning, and time-management skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership to pile-driving crews on the project site.
• Set daily work objectives aligned with the schedule and communicate them to the crew.
• Coordinate staffing with Project Management to ensure timely completion.
• Inspect materials on delivery for quality and specifications.
• Ensure timely material delivery to site per agreements and standards.
• Report crew, equipment, and material usage daily and identify any delays or extras.
