Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field (preferred).
• Extensive experience in pile-driving operations, with a proven track record.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• In-depth knowledge of safety regulations, construction codes, and quality standards.
• Familiarity with construction project management software.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a dynamic construction environment.

Responsibilities

• Project Planning and Coordination: Develop comprehensive project plans for pile-driving operations and coordinate with other disciplines.
• Team Leadership: Lead, motivate, and manage a team of pile drivers and support staff; conduct regular team meetings.
• Safety Compliance: Enforce a strong safety culture and ensure adherence to safety standards.
• Quality Control: Implement and monitor procedures to meet engineering specs and standards.
• Equipment Management: Oversee maintenance and operation of pile driving equipment; schedule repairs.
• Cost Management: Monitor costs and identify savings without compromising safety or quality.
• Subcontractor Coordination: Manage relationships and review subcontractor agreements.
• Communication: Maintain regular updates with stakeholders and resolve issues promptly.
• Documentation and Reporting: Keep daily and progress reports up to date; report status to management.
• Continuous Improvement: Identify process improvements and stay updated on industry best practices.
