Job summary

The Club at Forest Ridge is seeking a dynamic Pickleball Program Director to lead and expand our pickleball offerings. You will design programs, run clinics, and grow leagues while collaborating with the Racquet Sports Director and tennis team.

You will be the club's face for pickleball in the community, driving engagement and revenue through innovative events and quality instruction.

Qualifications

Proven success in developing and scaling programs that boost member engagement and revenue.
Strong understanding of tournament and league operations.
Enthusiastic, professional, and self-motivated with excellent organizational skills.
4.0+ DUPR rating preferred.
Experience with pickleball platforms and messaging tools.

Responsibilities

Lead and grow all pickleball programming: clinics, private lessons, beginner 101s, leagues, open plays, socials, and tournaments.
Run monthly Pickleball 101 onboarding for new players.
Foster member connections through game arranging and DUPR building.
Design programs and drills for beginner to 4.0+ advanced players.
Plan multi-sport tournaments with tennis team.
Serve as the face of pickleball at the club and in the community.
