Job summary

Life Time in Garden City, AL is seeking a Lead-Pickleball to oversee club pickleball programming—from open play to leagues and tournaments. You will promote offerings through member engagement, manage scheduling and billing, and partner with Corporate Racquet Sports leaders on strategic changes and marketing.

The role includes teaching revenue-generating on-court programs, supervising staff, delivering excellent customer service, and coordinating events for all ages.

Qualifications

• Thorough knowledge of pickleball.
• Experience teaching pickleball.
• Certification within six months of hire.
• Excellent customer service skills.
• Experience planning and executing events.
• Comfortable working with all ages and building relationships.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office.
• Excellent communication, time management, and organization.
• CPR and AED certified.
• Ability to sit, stand, walk, reach, climb and lift up to 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Develops, sells and teaches revenue generating on-court programs.
• Interacts with members through non-revenue activities and off-court promotion.
• Provides administrative oversight of scheduling and billing for pickleball programming.
• May supervise pickleball staff and assist in training and onboarding.
