Job summary

Vivo Healthcare Winter Haven seeks a licensed Physical Therapist to plan, organize, and deliver comprehensive PT services in line with standards and resident needs. You will ensure high-quality care and work with a multidisciplinary team to support residents’ mobility and well-being.

The role requires strong clinical skills, English proficiency, and accurate documentation using the facility’s systems. Evening or weekend shifts may be required to meet patient needs.

Qualifications

• Must possess, as a minimum, a Bachelor’s Degree in Physical Therapy.
• Two years' experience in a therapist capacity is preferred.
• Must possess English language reading, writing and speaking ability.

Responsibilities

• Provide physical therapy services in accordance with standards.
• Collaborate with the care team to develop and implement therapy plans.
• Maintain resident records and progress notes.
• Participate in discharge planning and care plan development.
• Ensure documentation and billing entries are accurate daily.
• Maintain therapy areas and equipment, and ensure resident safety.
