Job summary

Vivo Healthcare in Florida is seeking a licensed Physical Therapist to plan, organize, develop, and provide PT services in accordance with current standards and regulations, ensuring the highest quality resident care.

This role requires an active PT license in Florida, ability to read/write/speak English, leadership and teamwork, independent decision-making, and proficiency with documentation. Two years of hospital or facility experience preferred.

Qualifications

• Must possess a Bachelor's Degree in Physical Therapy.
• Must hold an active Physical Therapist license.
• Experience in rehabilitation and restorative therapy preferred.

Responsibilities

• Plan, organize, develop and provide physical therapy services per current guidelines.
• Maintain resident care quality and coordinate with care teams and administration.
• Assist in discharge planning and resident care plan development.
• Maintain treatment records and progress notes in the required system.
• Supervise and collaborate with therapy staff as needed.
