Job summary

• Active State PTA licensure required.

Responsibilities

• Assist in planning, organizing, developing, and directing Physical Therapy Services to ensure high-quality resident care.
• Provide patient care under licensed supervision and participate in discharge planning.
• Maintain treatment records, resident files, and progress notes.
• Ensure proper use and maintenance of therapy equipment and supplies.
