Responsibilities

• Monitor alarm, access-control, CCTV/video management, badge-reader and related systems.
• Receive, document, assess, and respond to security and emergency communications.
• Analyze alarms, video, and site data to determine appropriate response.
• Coordinate notifications, dispatch, and law-enforcement support as required.
• Document incidents and maintain dashboards and records for investigations.
• Maintain video evidence and credential lifecycle controls.
