Job summary

CACI International is seeking a Lead Manufacturing Program Manager to direct complex photonics programs, including high-power lasers, fiber optics, and electro-optics. You will partner with development teams to plan, propose, capture, and execute production programs ensuring schedule, cost, and quality targets are met.

Qualifications

• Five+ years in a Program Management or technical leadership role in optical/electronic products.
• Experience applying PM principles: scope, scheduling, cost, risk management.
• Experience moving an electronics/optical system from development to manufacture.

Responsibilities

• Lead one or more large Photonics programs and collaborate with development teams to plan, propose, capture, and execute photonics production programs.
• Make program decisions, manage schedule and P&L for the programs.
• Interface with highly technical customers and communicate complex ideas with cross-functional teams.
• Implement evolving programmatic, production, and quality best practices within the team.
• Collaborate with development teams to Design For Manufacturing (DFM) and transition to high volume production.
