Qualifications

• Seven+ years leading complex photonics or electronics programs.
• Experience delivering products from development to manufacture.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in engineering, science, or business.

Responsibilities

• Lead one or more large Photonics programs and coordinate with development teams to propose, capture, and execute new development and production programs.
• Serve as primary interface to highly technical customers and communicate complex technical ideas with the team.
• Implement evolving programmatic, design and quality practices within the team and communicate with executive leadership.
