Job summary

Samsung Austin Semiconductor seeks an Installation Engineer to support Photo, Scanner, Spinner, Reticles and facilities systems. The Installation engineer collaborates to execute installation priorities with a safety-first culture, mentoring teammates and fostering open communication.

The role requires extensive Photo equipment installation experience, materials knowledge for semiconductor processing, and the ability to troubleshoot quickly to keep projects on schedule.

Qualifications

• B.S. in Engineering or related field is required.
• Extensive experience with photo equipment in semiconductor environments is required.
• Ability to explain material compatibility with facilities and equipment.

Responsibilities

• Participate in safety systems related to installation of semiconductor equipment and facilities.
• Lead and execute installation safely, determine root causes, document countermeasures.
• Take ownership of assigned projects and mentor junior team members.
