Qualifications

• Current BLS certification required; excellent English communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Collect specimens by venipuncture and capillary methods across ages.
• Oversee daily activities of phlebotomists and students.
• Perform waived testing under supervision of lab supervisor.
• Maintain quality control protocols and safety standards.
• Provide training and leadership at assigned lab locations.
• Communicate findings to providers and supervisors promptly.
• Adhere to San Ysidro Health policies and procedures.
