Job summary

Vancouver Clinic seeks a Phlebotomy Supervisor to lead the phlebotomy team at the 87th Avenue location. You will oversee blood collection, lab reception and scheduling, specimen processing, and transport, while supporting hiring, training, scheduling and performance reviews. The role drives an efficient, patient-centered work culture.

The position includes day-to-day leadership, coaching, and ensuring compliance with certification timelines and quality standards in a busy clinical lab setting.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• WA State MA-Phlebotomist certification within 90 days of hire.
• Completion of an accredited phlebotomy course required.
• Minimum two years of clinical blood-drawing experience.
• Minimum two years supervisory or lead experience.
