Vancouver Clinic is seeking a Phlebotomy Supervisor for our 87th Avenue location, overseeing blood collection, lab reception, processing, and transport. You will support hiring, training, scheduling, performance management, supply oversight, and student coordination in a patient-first environment.

The role emphasizes leadership, coaching, and maintaining a respectful workplace while ensuring efficient phlebotomy operations.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• WA State MA-Phlebotomist certification within 90 days of hire.
• Completion of an accredited phlebotomy course.
• Minimum of two years of experience using blood drawing techniques in a clinical lab setting.
• Minimum of two years supervisory or lead experience.
• Experience with coaching, feedback, performance reviews, and corrective action.

Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day leadership for phlebotomy staff.
• Oversee blood collection, lab reception and scheduling, specimen processing, and specimen transport.
• Support hiring, training, scheduling, performance management, and supply oversight.
• Coordinate with students and foster an efficient, respectful, patient-focused environment.
