Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• WA State MA-Phlebotomist certification within 90 days of hire.
• Completion of an accredited phlebotomy course.
• Minimum of two years of experience using blood drawing techniques in a clinical lab setting.
• Minimum of two years supervisory or lead experience.
• Experience with coaching, feedback, performance reviews, and corrective action.

Job description

Vancouver Clinic is seeking a Phlebotomy Supervisor for our 87th Avenue location. This role provides day-to-day leadership for phlebotomy staff and oversees blood collection, lab reception and scheduling, specimen processing, and specimen transport. The supervisor will support hiring, training, scheduling, performance management, supply oversight, and student coordination while fostering an efficient, respectful, and patient-focused work environment.

Location: 87th Ave (700 NE 87th Ave – Vancouver, WA 98664) Schedule: Monday through Friday 9:00am to 5:30pm Hiring range generally between $34.42/hour to $42.66/hour, and placement in the range depends on an evaluation of experience.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• WA State MA-Phlebotomist certification required within 90 days of hire.
