Qualifications

• Must have leadership experience supervising a group of employees.
• Proficiency in keyboarding and general computer applications.

Responsibilities

• Train and orient staff and provide day-to-day guidance.
• Assist with HR tasks including interviewing and staff development.
• Monitor department workflow and specimen handling.
• Verify patient identification and ensure safety during venipuncture.
• Generate reports and support quality assurance activities.
