Job summary

PROtect LLC in Florida seeks an experienced NDT Lead to perform and oversee advanced non-destructive testing of structures, pipelines, components, and materials using radiography, ultrasonic testing, magnetic particle testing, laser profilometry, and related technologies. The role blends technical mastery with hands-on leadership to support growth and operational excellence.

You will mentor assistants, ensure safety, manage schedules, and travel up to 75% to job sites.

Qualifications

• NDT methods expertise across multiple techniques.
• Lead experience in advanced NDT services (3–5+ years).
• Ability to travel up to 75% and work long hours when needed.

Responsibilities

• Perform and oversee NDT inspections per codes and procedures.
• Operate and calibrate NDT equipment (X-ray, UT, MRT, PAUT, TOFD).
• Identify defects and document findings per protocols.
• Instruct assigned assistants and ensure crew safety.
