Job summary

PROtect LLC is seeking an experienced NDT lead to perform and oversee advanced non-destructive testing on structures, pipelines, and components. You will utilize radiography, ultrasonics, magnetic particle, laser profilometry, and related inspection technologies to ensure quality and safety.

The role combines technical expertise with hands-on leadership to support growth and operational excellence. The ideal candidate has 3–5+ years of lead experience in NDT, proficiency in PAUT and phased array

Qualifications

• Experience with multiple NDT methods and on-site inspections.
• Leadership experience in advanced NDT services.
• Ability to work long hours and travel extensively.

Responsibilities

• Perform and oversee NDT inspections following codes, standards, and procedures.
• Specify, calibrate, and operate NDT equipment.
• Identify defects and document results per protocols.
• Lead assistants and ensure safety of crew throughout inspections.
