Job summary

Triton Environmental Consultants, Ltd. is seeking an experienced NDT Lead to perform and oversee advanced inspections across structures and pipelines. You will apply radiography, ultrasonic, magnetic particle, laser profilometry, and related NDT methods with hands-on leadership.

The role requires 3–5+ years in lead NDT, PAUT/Phased Array exposure, and flexibility for long shifts and extensive travel. A valid driver's license and safety awareness are essential for daily operations.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 3–5+ years of lead experience in advanced NDT services.
• Experience with PAUT and/or Phased Array UT preferred.
• Ability to travel up to 75% and work long shifts.
• Must meet weight and safety harness requirements.
• Valid driver’s license and insurability.

Responsibilities

• Perform and oversee advanced NDT inspections on structures, pipelines, components and materials.
• Use radiography, ultrasonic, magnetic particle, laser profilometry and related methods.
• Prepare, calibrate and operate NDT equipment.
• Identify defects in materials using testing techniques.
• Document results and complete work orders per protocols and timeframes.
• Drive company vehicles and maintain a safe driving record.
• Instruct and ensure safety of assigned assistants.
