Job summary

PROtect LLC in Denver seeks a lead NDT professional to drive the expansion of our advanced service line while leading field operations. You will perform and oversee inspections using radiography, ultrasonic testing, magnetic particle testing, and laser profilometry, combining technical leadership with hands-on execution.

Ideal candidates have 3–5+ years in lead roles within NDT, strong safety culture, and willingness to travel extensively to support growth and operational excellence.

Qualifications

• Candidates must have demonstrated NDT skill and leadership experience.
• Experience with shear wave and PAUT is required or highly preferred.
• Ability to travel up to 75% is essential.

Responsibilities

• Lead and build the advanced service line in the Denver office.
• Perform and oversee NDT inspections on structures, pipelines, and components.
• Calibrate and operate NDT equipment per codes and procedures.
• Prepare documentation and work orders within set timeframes.
• Train and supervise assigned assistants; ensure crew safety.
