Job summary

PROtect LLC seeks an experienced NDT lead to build and oversee advanced inspection services. You will manage radiography, ultrasonic, PAUT, and MT methods on structures, pipelines, and components, guiding a hands-on team in a growth-focused environment.

The role requires 3-5+ years leading NDT projects, strong safety culture, and ability to travel +75% to client sites. Office is based in Denver, with responsibilities expanding to Midland/West regions.

Qualifications

• Experience leading advanced NDT projects and teams.
• Proficient in PAUT, TOFD, and other NDT methods.
• Willing to travel +75% and manage field operations.
• Demonstrated safety record and thorough documentation.

Responsibilities

• Build advanced service line for the Denver office.
• Perform NDT inspections of structures, pipelines, components and materials per codes and procedures.
• Instruct assigned assistants and maintain team safety.
• Complete documentation and work orders on time.
