Job summary

SpecialtyRx is seeking a Lead Pharmacy Technician in Columbus, OH to run the floor during shifts and ensure timely medication dispatch. The role requires a Licensed Registered OH Pharmacy Technician and involves supervising technicians, handling refills, and collaborating on daily pharmacy operations.

Shifts include weekend 4/10 hour nights (10pm–8:30am) with benefits such as health and vision insurance, PTO, and Employee Assistance Program.

Qualifications

• Licensed Registered OH Pharmacy Technician required.
• Must be reliable and execute multiple tasks.
• Good organizational skills and detail oriented.
• Ability to physically perform light lifting.

Responsibilities

• Run the pharmacy floor during shift.
• Respond to refill emails.
• Watch the pharmacy dashboard in frameworks.
• Assist in training new employees when needed.
• Delegate work to the technicians.
• Ensure medication goes out on time.
• Run the floor when the lead is off.
• Perform other tasks assigned by manager.

Shifts:
