Job summary

SpecialtyRx, Inc. is a Long-Term Care pharmacy delivering services to facilities and assisted living communities near Columbus. On-site/Hybrid roles are available with remote options within 50 miles; Ohio placement is required.

Responsibilities include data entry, customer inquiries, and order clarification. Must be licensed as an Ohio Pharmacy Technician with LTC experience preferred, and strong computer skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Must hold Ohio Board of Pharmacy Technician license.
• LTC pharmacy experience preferred.
• Knowledge of brand-name and generic medications.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Moderate to advanced computer skills required.
• Frameworks / ECM system knowledge a plus.
• High school diploma or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Perform duties assigned by the Data Entry Manager.
• Answer phones and respond to orders, re-orders, and general customer inquiries.
• Handle and resolve client complaints and inquiries in a timely manner.
• Triage incoming faxes by facility/department in accordance with cutoff times.
• Clarify orders as needed.
