SpecialtyRx, Inc. is seeking a Pharmacy Technician Shift Supervisor to oversee daily operations during the assigned shift in a LTC pharmacy environment.

You will supervise technicians, coordinate with Floor Leads, and assist Pharmacist in Charge to ensure accurate, on-time processing of prescriptions. The ideal candidate will be calm, positive, and organized under pressure, with prior supervisory experience and LTC pharmacy exposure.

Formación

• Active Ohio Pharmacy Technician license required.
• PTCB certification preferred.
• Previous pharmacy experience required; LTC/pharmacy experience preferred.
• Supervisory or lead technician experience preferred.
• Data entry experience preferred.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee daily pharmacy operations during the assigned shift.
• Supervise technicians and coordinate workflow with Floor Leads and pharmacy leadership.
• Ensure prescription orders are processed accurately, efficiently, and on time (including STAT orders).
• Direct staff to tasks based on workload and priorities.
• Maintain inventory controls and floor stock restocking.
• Address operational issues and communicate updates to leadership.
