PharmcareUSA is seeking an experienced pharmacy technician to join the team as a Shift Lead for LTC settings. Pay is commensurate with experience and reflects LTC experience. Full-time role includes weekends with comprehensive benefits.

The Shift Lead will supervise technicians and clerks, assist pharmacists with dispensing, IV compounding, and ensure accurate, regulatory-compliant medication processing while managing inventory and orders.

Qualifications

• Certified pharmacy technician in the state of employment.
• Willing to work full time including weekends.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead technician and clerk teams under pharmacy director supervision.
• Assist pharmacists with dispensing and prescription input.
• Perform IV compounding and general filling with accuracy and speed.
• Maintain compliance with all regulations and accuracy in medication labeling.
• Handle medication deliveries and inventory management with wholesalers.
