Qualifications

• Certification/licensed/registered pharmacy technician as required by state law.
• 1+ years of experience as a pharmacy technician or equivalent.
• PTCB national certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead and support back-end pharmacy technician team to ensure proper medication preparation.
• Oversee order fulfillment activities including packaging and dispensing.
• Review delivery orders and bins for accuracy; coordinate stock rotations.
• Provide feedback on technician performance and assist in training plans.
