Job summary

Omnicare, a CVS Health Company, is seeking a Lead Pharmacy Technician for the Back End team to ensure accurate preparation and dispensing of medications for long-term care and assisted living customers.

You will supervise back‑end technicians, coordinate with pharmacy leaders on training, and help maintain compliance with state and federal regulations, while supporting a patient‑centered care approach.

Qualifications

• Certification/licensed/registered pharmacy technician as required by state law.
• 1+ years of experience as a pharmacy technician or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Lead and assist Pre-Pack, Picking, Staging, Automated Dispensing, Purchasing, Inventory, Returns/Credits, and Delivery teams.
• Provide regular feedback on technician performance and training needs.
• Support orientation and education programs for controlled substances in compliance with laws.
