Job summary

Omnicare, a CVS Health Company, is seeking a Lead Pharmacy Technician to join the Back End team serving long-term care, assisted living, and chronic care clients. You will lead the back-end technician team, ensure accurate medication preparation and dispensing, and coordinate stock rotations and delivery activities in a regulated, patient‑focused environment.

• Provide regular feedback on technician performance and training needs.
• Collaborate with pharmacy leaders on training plans and controlled substances procedures.
