Job summary

Omnicare, a CVS Health Company, is seeking a Lead Pharmacy Technician to join the Back End department serving long-term care, assisted living and chronic care customers in Cincinnati, Ohio. You will lead the back-end technician team, ensure accurate medication preparation and support the pharmacist team.

Responsibilities include supervising Pre-Pack, Picking, Staging, and Inventory, guiding training, and ensuring compliance with state and federal laws.

Qualifications

• Certification/licensed/registered pharmacy technician as required by state law.
• 1+ year of experience as a pharmacy technician or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Lead and support the back-end pharmacy technician team in medication preparation.
• Oversee order fulfillment, packaging and dispensing by the pharmacist team.
• Review delivery orders and rotate stock.
• Provide regular feedback on technician performance and assist in training.
