Qualifications

• Registration as a pharmacy technician with the PA Board of Pharmacy (or pursuing PA licensure). Note: PA registration process via PALS can be completed after hire.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day operational oversight of pharmacy technicians.
• Ensure efficient dispensing of medications and meet quality standards.
• Analyze workflow and assign daily responsibilities to meet deadlines.
• Develop and track annual team goals and conduct staff training.
• Communicate with leadership and inventory teams about staffing and stock levels.
