Qualifications

• Experience typically 2 years in pharmacy practice.

Responsibilities

• Plan, implement, and evaluate clinical pharmacy programs to ensure optimal patient care.
• Provide direct pharmaceutical care including MTM and patient counseling.
• Supervise pharmacy team members and coordinate schedules and workflows.
• Collaborate interdepartmentally to develop treatment plans and protocols.
• Ensure regulatory compliance with DEA, FDA, and state boards.
• Educate and train staff, residents, and students in clinical practices.
