We operate across multiple states and are rapidly expanding a network of rural clinics co-located with pharmacies.

Qualifications

• Pharmacist license in good standing with the state board.
• PharmD or BS in Pharmacy from an accredited school.
• Minimum 1 year of community or retail pharmacy experience.
• Strong leadership and communication abilities.
• Solid knowledge of pharmacy regulations and insurance billing.
• Commitment to excellence in patient care and team development.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and ensure compliance with state and federal pharmacy laws and regulations.
• Manage day-to-day operations including inventory and workflow.
• Provide patient care through accurate dispensing, counselling, and medication management.
• Support pharmacists, technicians, interns, and other team members.
• Implement quality assurance, safety, and performance improvement programs.
• Collaborate with physicians, family nurse practitioners, and other healthcare professionals to optimize outcomes.
• Support business growth through immunizations and clinical programs.
• Maintain accurate documentation for audits, inspections, and reporting.
• Ensure the pharmacy operates efficiently, profitably, and aligned with company goals.

Duties

• Oversee and ensure compliance with all state and federal pharmacy laws and regulations.

• Manage the day-to-day pharmacy operations, including inventory, and workflow.

• Provide exceptional patient care through accurate dispensing, counselling, and medication management.

• Support team members (pharmacist, technicians, interns, etc)

• Implement quality assurance, safety, and performance improvement programs.

• Collaborate with physicians, family nurse practitioners, and other healthcare professionals to optimize patient outcomes.

• Support business growth through effective management of pharmacy services, including immunizations and clinical programs.

Qualifications

• Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD) or Bachelor of Science in Pharmacy from an accredited institution.

• Active pharmacist license in good standing with the Wisconsin Board of Pharmacy.

• Minimum of 1 year of community or retail pharmacy experience preferred.

• Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills.

• Demonstrated understanding of pharmacy regulations and insurance billing.

• Commitment to excellence in patient care and team development.
