Qualifications

• Licensed in the state of practice or eligible for reciprocity.
• Immunization and non‑vaccine injectable certification as per area of practice.
• Credentialing and privileging required per area of practice.
• ACPE‑accredited degree or NABP credential required.
• Excellent communication and organization skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversees pharmaceutical care and designs medication therapy regimens.
• Provides patient and caregiver education on therapy, adherence, and safety.
• Reviews orders and prescriptions for accuracy and safety.
• Mentors pharmacy teammates and guides technicians.
• Emergency management and formulary adherence support.
• Ensures proper storage, handling, and regulatory compliance.
• Preceptor for students and residents; supports professional development.
• Collaborates with providers and healthcare team to optimize care.
