Qualifications

• Active Pharmacist License in the state where the Store is located.
• Active National Provider Identifier (NPI) required.
• Not on the DEA Excluded Parties list.

Responsibilities

• Regular and predictable attendance, including nights and weekends.
• Ability to complete required training within designated timeframe.
• Support pharmacy operations and coaching of the pharmacy team as needed.
• Ensure prescription information and labeling accuracy to safeguard patient safety.
• Deliver compassionate patient care and assist patients with immunization services when permissible.
• Maintain compliance with state and CVS Health policies and regulations.
